The home occupational therapy assessment service includes a one-week telephone interpretation report. After you accept our service, we will contact you within one week to arrange a telephone interpretation report.

This telephone briefing is designed to help you better understand the occupational therapist's assessment findings and recommendations. The occupational therapist will explain and detail your assessment findings, including findings on overall body function, lifestyle habits, and special needs. They will also provide relevant recommendations and guidance to help you make appropriate decisions and actions.

Registered Occupational Therapist Service Fees

Occupational therapy assessment service: original price HK$3,000 (on-site assessment per visit)
JMS Home Offer 1: $2,500 (on-site assessment per visit)
JMS Home Offer 2: $4,500 {Including the deposit for participating in our interior design service ($3,000) and one on-site occupational therapy assessment service $1,500 original price ($3,000)}

**Telephone explanation report service will be provided approximately one week after receiving the service (English paper service will be charged HK$550 extra)
