Any questions regarding product quality should be raised within 3 days of receiving the product. Custom-made and display items are not subject to the exchange policy. Cash refunds are not provided. We provide a one-year warranty on all hardware. Normal wear and tear and damage to the product or custom-made items are not covered by this warranty.

Skyworth Home is not responsible for the condition of the driveway and/or parking lot. If the final destination is inaccessible to the truck, our delivery team will transport the items to the nearest accessible location for unloading. Any additional costs incurred to complete the delivery, such as labor handling of the items and parking lot/ticket fees, etc., will be reimbursed by the customer. In this case, the customer needs to verbally agree to our delivery team to complete the delivery to the final destination and agree to pay any possible additional costs. If the customer chooses to handle the items themselves, we are not responsible for any damage to the items during such transportation.

Stairs: If your delivery involves carrying items up stairs, a small additional charge of HK$50 per item for every 10 stairs will be charged. Please let us know when placing your order as this may affect delivery, and please let us know the exact number of stairs/steps, failure to inform us may extend delivery time.
