Tom Ip Chief Design Officer

Tom is a professional with over 40 years of experience in interior design. He started as an apprentice, with carpentry skills as the foundation, and gradually accumulated rich experience and skills. He is full of delicate emotions for each piece of furniture, interpreting the dream home of his customers. As time goes by, he began to expand from the field of carpentry to whole house decoration projects to realize customers' desire for a perfect home.

Tom treats every customer with patience and care. He listens carefully to their needs and works with the decoration team through detailed communication to ensure that the guests get the most suitable home environment. He knows that home is the base of people's lives and their shelter, so he regards every detail as a deep care for customers and families.

In recent years, Tom has begun to devote himself to educating the next generation. He uses woodworking skills as a tool for inheritance, hoping that students can better understand themselves, unleash their creativity and have the courage to face difficulties. He believes that through the experience of woodworking, students can cultivate taste and creativity, and learn the ability to solve problems, which will make them more fulfilled and confident in their future life journey.

When Tom designs homes for the elderly, he pays more attention to communication and cooperation with the users and their families. Before designing, he will have in-depth exchanges with users and their families to understand their needs and preferences. In addition, he also seeks professional advice from occupational therapists to assess the user's physical condition and special needs. This design process ensures that the elderly can enjoy the safest, comfortable and appropriate home environment, bringing warmth and care to their later years. In Tom's design, every home contains his respect and care for the elderly, allowing them to feel the power of a warm home.
